一、依據臺中市政府新聞局106年9月25日中市新行字第1060008231號函辦理。
二、為推廣動畫藝術、帶動民眾觀影風氣，臺中市政府新聞局委由財團法人臺中市影展發展基金會辦理「2017臺中國際動畫影展」，於106年10月13日（五）至10月17日（二）假台中站前秀泰影城舉辦，並自即日起開放兩廳院售票系統同步售票。
三、貴機關單位所轄建物如有設置跑馬燈或媒體螢幕等設備，敬請於106年10月12日（四）前協助跑馬及播放影展宣傳影片：
(一)跑馬內容：「『2017臺中國際動畫影展』自9月23日開放全臺兩廳院系統售票，並規劃免費系列活動，詳情請上網搜尋『TIAF』或『動畫影展』」。
