一、依據教育部106年9月1日臺教學(六)字第1060124822號函辦理。
二、為鼓勵與學生事務相關人員用文字的溫度傳達校園生活之美好，以彰顯這份溫馨及安定的力量，辦理旨揭徵文活動。
三、活動相關訊息摘要如下：
(一)徵稿主題：題目自訂，凡與學生事務等教育議題相關：如生命教育、人權教育、品德教育、法治教育、特殊教育、性別平等教育、全民國防教育等；或與校園安全相關：如友善校園、學生輔導、防制藥物濫用等；或與節慶宣導相關：如9月3日軍人節、10月11日臺灣女孩日等，歡迎以圖文方式來稿。
(二)參加對象：國小至大專校院之在校學生、於校園內從事學生事務及校園安全等相關工作之教育人員。
(三)活動時間：即日起至106年12月。
(四)徵稿規定：請以電腦橫式繕打，字數建議1,000字以內；另投稿所附照片宜清晰(請以jpg格式存檔，檔案大小至少200KB以上)，符合主題性，並附文字說明。
(五)投稿方式：請以電子郵件寄送csrc@mail.moe.gov.tw。
(六)刊登獎勵：稿費以每千字680元、照片每張135元計算。另來稿一經刊登，致贈當期通訊2份。
(七)注意事項：所投稿件作品須為原創，並符合著作權法及智慧財產權等相關規定。另投稿者仍保有該作品之著作人格權及著作財產權，但須同意在作品刊登後，將作品之著作財產權於其存續期間無償、非專屬授權給本部使用，且不限定該著作財產權之利用地域、時間、媒體形式、次數、重製次數、內容與方法。
