一、依據教育部106年7月7日臺教社（四）字第1060085807B號令修正發布之「教育部表揚推展本土語言傑出貢獻團體及個人實施要點」（詳如附件）暨同年8月31日臺教社(四)字第1060122069A號函辦理。
二、本活動徵件期間自9月1日至106年10月31日止截止，表揚對象包含：機關（構）、公私立幼兒園、學校、學校認可之學生社團（團隊）、依法立案之團體、法人組織、學校教職員工生及實際從事本土語言推展之個人。
三、凡有下列事蹟之一者，均得予以推薦表揚：
(一)從事本土語言之創作、展演、傳播或推廣，足以振奮人心。
(二)從事本土語言復育、調查、研究或出版，具相當成效。
(三)捐資成立或充實有關本土語言之圖書館、博物館或其他文教設施，影響深遠。
(四)捐贈、捐助及成立推展本土語言著有績效之團體，貢獻卓著。
