二、旨揭活動摘要如下(詳見附檔實施計畫)：
(一)活動時間：106年7月5日至7日(星期三、四、五)，共3日。
(二)活動地點：本市石門國小第二校區(石門營地)。
(三)研習對象：本市各國中學生自治幹部或有意願者，計150位。
(四)報名方式如下，請於6月9日(星期五)前，完成以下兩項步驟：
１、請至線上報名網站(https://goo.gl/forms/qAkCtxAOgUoBQwCl2)登入學生基本資料。
２、請將家長同意書正本(實施計畫附表二)，郵寄至桃園市內壢國中(32069桃園市中壢區復華一街108號)。
(五)經費來源：參訓學員所需費用由本局全額補助。
(六)本階段開放給有意願者報名參加，各校不限薦派名額，惟考量教育資源均等原則，本局將參酌報名順序及各校學生數比例，保留最後審核權。
(七)本案確定錄取學員名單與行前通知，將於106年6月16日(星期五)前於本局網路通知系統、內壢國中網站(http://xoops.nljh.tyc.edu.tw/xoops2/nljh/)公告。
