一、依據教育部106年5月11日臺教人(四)字第1060056463C號函辦理。
二、查旨揭修正條文，前業經教育部以106年4月7日臺教人(四)字第10600035014B號令發布，並經本局以106年4月11日桃教人字第1060026326號函轉知貴校(園)在案。以修正後之學校教職員退休條例施行細則規定，學校教職員月退休金及遺族月撫慰金，其發放日期除第1次月退休金或月撫慰金依審定之領受起始日發給外，將自107年1月1日起，改為於每月1日發給，爰請將修正後規定，轉知各領受人知悉並妥為說明，俾使其能妥善調整安排退休經濟生活。
