主旨：有關領取「106年臺閩地區公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師申請介聘他縣市服務申請表」一案，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、旨揭申請表領取相關注意事項如下：
(一)領取時間：即日起至106年5月2日止。
(二)領取地點：青溪國中警衛室。
(三)因申請表數量有限，請各校依實際需求派員領取。
二、查「106年臺閩地區公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介聘他縣巿服務作業要點」第9點規定略以：「申請介聘教師應於規定期限內至介聘網站填報資料，並檢具下列各表件向現
職服務學校提出申請...。」
三、另查國民中小學校長主任教師甄選儲訓遷調及介聘辦法第5-2條規定：「經達成介聘之教師，學校應依教師法及相關規定辦理聘任，不得拒絕。但經學校審查發現有教師法
第十四條第一項各款情事之一者，其聘任得不予通過。前項教師，未在規定期限內至介聘學校報到者，十年內不得再申請介聘；無故未報到者，並依公立高級中等以下學校教師成績考核辦法相關規定議處。」
四、請貴校轉知所屬教師於申請106年度介聘他縣市服務前，考量並詳閱前揭辦法，若有違反規定事項者，將依公立高級中等以下學校教師成績考核辦法等相關規定議處，且10年內不得再申請介聘他縣市作業。
