一、為透過音樂傳遞客家之美，本局「2017客家流行音樂節」，包含「客家流行歌唱大賽」、「客家流行歌曲創作大賽」及「客家歌曲合唱大賽」等賽事皆已辦理完竣，並將盛大舉辦「草地音樂會暨頒獎典禮」，期吸引海內外民眾以歌會友、增進情誼，共同推展客家音樂產業，綿延客家文化。
二、「草地音樂會暨頒獎典禮」活動內容豐富、表演精彩可期，詳細資訊如下：
(一)時間：106年4月30日（星期日）下午2時。
(二)地點：本市平鎮區新勢公園（中豐路及延平路交叉口）。
(三)活動內容：
１、音樂會（演出卡司包含「2017客家流行音樂節」各賽事優勝者、Bii畢書盡、Kimberley陳芳語及羅文裕等）。
２、「2017客家流行音樂節」頒獎典禮。
３、好禮摸彩（首獎為電動機車）。
