一、依據教育部106年3月30日臺教師(三)字第1060038856號辦理。
二、案係教育部函示旨揭計畫辦理方向，轉知重點如下：
(一)教專計畫轉型後將於107年1月1日起與「教育部國民及學前教育署補助辦理十二年國民基本教育精進國民中小學教學品質計畫」整合。
(二)為順利推動107課綱之「公開授課與專業回饋」，教育部將持續辦理各類專業人才培訓與認證，以提升教師教學觀察知能。
(三)為提供貼近教學現場教師專業成長需求之實質支持與協助，教育部將持續規劃辦理有助於教師專業對話與省思的核心任務：教學觀察與回饋（備課、觀課與議課）、專業學習社群，並鼓勵學校將前述核心任務實施資料上傳「精緻教師專業發展網站」（https://atepd.moe.gov.tw/）。
(四)為減輕學校教師與行政同仁的負擔，教專計畫除維持教師自願參加外，將放寬相關作業規定，包括:取消校務會議或課程發展委員會審議及其會議紀錄提交之規定、降低學校參與人數門檻為3人及簡化相關表件等。
