二、依來函說明，旨揭指引修正重點如下：
(一)由於茲卡病毒感染症傳播途徑多元，防治策略除阻斷蚊媒傳播之措施外，尚有預防性接觸傳播、母子垂直感染等措施，其防治工作指引已另獨列，爰於本指引中刪除。
(二)推廣使用登革熱NS1抗原快速診斷試劑，為提升病例偵測效能之重要策略，故將「醫療院所登革熱NS1抗原快速診斷試劑運用」增列於「病例與病媒監測」章節。
(三)「病例與病媒監測」章節內新增「檢體採集及檢驗方法」。
(四)「群聚疫情防治措施」章節新增104年登革熱中央流行疫情指揮中心採行之「外圈圍堵，內部切穿」策略，以供發生病例群聚時執行孳生源清除工作之參考。
