一、目的：結合學生藝文專長，透過創意海報設計製作過程，增強學生對口腔衛生議題的認知，建立正確維護口腔衛生的觀念。
二、旨揭比賽辦理情形節述如下：
(一)組別：國小中年級組、國小高年級組、國中組。
(二)參賽學生：
１、第一名（各組1名，共計3名）：獎狀及禮券2000元。
２、第二名（各組2名，共計6名）：獎狀及禮券1500元。
３、第三名（各組3名，共計9名）：獎狀及禮卷1000元。
４、佳作（各組若干名）：各頒發獎狀1幀。
５、上述禮券及獎狀將於106年6月14日本市口腔衛生議題成果發表會中頒發。
(三)指導老師：第一名嘉獎2次、第二名嘉獎1次、第三名獎狀1張、佳作獎狀1張。
三、請於106年4月14日(星期五)前請將作品逕送（掛號郵寄或親送，作品請勿摺疊，以免受到損傷）至楊梅國小訓導處（桃園市楊梅區校前路1號）。
