一、依據苗栗縣政府106年2月10日府教務字第1060026504號函辦理。
二、本案為延續夢二在地深耕理念與模式，提升各縣市教師社群領航與共備帶領技巧，藉由教師自主增能模式，促進現場教師自我知覺，落實學教翻轉的課堂實踐。
三、本案辦理時程說明如下：
(一)研習時間：106年3月4日（星期六）－106年3月5日（星期日）。
(二)研習地點：育達科技大學（361苗栗縣造橋鄉談文村學府路168號，037-651188）
(三)參加對象：桃園市、新竹市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、金門縣、連江縣及澎湖縣等8縣市國中小現職教師及代理代課教師，以參加縣市偏遠地區教師優先錄取，各領域班別限額報名（各班次研習均以額滿為限，106年2月20日將於活動網站線上公告獲錄取人員，恕不接受臨時報名或旁聽。）
四、本案報名期間自106年2月9日（星期二）至106年2月19日（星期日）止，請至本案線上報名報名系統（dream.k12cc.tw）報名，研習課程分組及錄取原則如附件。
