一、依教育部105年12月13日臺教人(二)字第1050164406E號函辦理。
二、為明確規範教師職前年資與現職性質相近、服務成績優良及等級相當之意義，及教師職前於具有規模之國內外私人機構之任職年資採計提敘之程序等事項，爰訂定「教師職前年資採計提敘辦法」，其要點如下：
(一)教師職前年資符合「等級相當」之認定基準。（第二條）
(二)教師職前年資符合「服務成績優良」之認定基準。（第三條）
(三)教師職前年資是否辦理年終(度)考績(成、核)之採認方式，及中小學教師曾任代理教師年資累積滿一年之認定
(四)公立專科以上學校教師職前年資採計所涉具有規模之國內外私人機構之內涵、所稱「性質相近」之工作經驗，及其採計提敘之程序。（第五條至第七條）
(五)本辦法自本條例施行之日施行。（第八條）
三、檢附來函、發布令影本、「教師職前年資採計提敘辦法」及各類人員與教師等級相當年資採計提敘薪級對照表各1份。
