| 二、 | 本計畫係教育部部辦理行政院「提升女孩權益行動方案」之工作計畫，辦理目的係響應聯合國自2011年指定10月11日為「國際女童日」及我國102年7月指定10月11日為「臺灣女孩日」，於105年度藉由四格漫畫比賽活動，請學校教師透過教學過程中，對學生宣導及解說該節日之意義與精神，並鼓勵學生透過四格漫畫表現國際女孩日之核心觀念（充權女孩、培力女孩、投資女孩、平權女孩），促進女孩之健康成長，保障女孩權益，以性別平等之觀念，讓我國女孩能獲致更為平等發展、發揮潛能之成長環境。 |
| 三、 | 本項活動參加資格為報名時就讀各級公私立學校之在學學生皆可參加，每人參賽件數以1件為限，截止收件時間為105年8月12日（星期五），以郵戳為憑。作品請以掛號郵寄或專人送件至臺北市大同區重慶北路3段1號臺北市立民權國民中學收，並請於信封袋上註明「教育部105年度臺灣女孩日四格漫畫比賽」之字樣。 |
