| 主旨： | 轉知有關臺中市政府教育局函詢轄屬學校教師3個月以上長期代理教師年資得否列入資深優良教師年資採計一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部105年3月2日臺教師(一)字第1050025624A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依「各級學校資深優良教師獎勵要點」獎勵要點第4點：第2點所稱連續，指自任職於公私立學校之當月起，前後職務之離職與到職之月份連續未曾中斷。其明定以前後職務之離職與到職之「月份」連續未曾中斷。 |
| 三、 | 曾任3個月以上長期代理教師，於代理當時已取得合格教師資格，且經主管教育行政機關依規定敘薪有案，於補實後，前後任教期間連續未曾中斷者，其代理教師之年資，得採計辦理獎勵。 |
| 四、 | 案例教師97學年度之職前代理教師年資，係自97年9月1日起至98年7月31日止，其未自8月起聘係因97學年度8月30日及31日為假日，爰順延自9月1日為起聘日，本部同意該師因遇假日起聘日順延而導致月份未連續之情形，仍視為同連續。 |
| 五、 | 嗣後倘因同一情事導致月份未連續，請依說明四辦理。 |
