主旨：有關行政院人事行政總處地方行政研習中心（以下簡稱研習中心）辦理之105年度「微學習、簡述力實施計畫」，請鼓勵所屬同仁踴躍參加，請查照。
說明：
一、依研習中心105年2月19日研數字第1054050081號函辦理。
二、旨揭實施計畫相關事項說明如下：
(一)活動期間：105年3月至8月。
(二)活動方式：
１、每月由研習中心選擇相關之主題(如衛生、食安、防災等)，請公務同仁至網路上搜尋相關文章或影音資料閱讀並撰寫微心得。
２、撰寫符合每月公布主題內容之微心得，限300字至500字。
(三)活動公告及獎勵：
１、活動期間凡符合規定之參加者均可參加抽獎，另有每月前30篇作品快速回應獎；活動結束後，由評審於累積之總篇數中選出最優6篇之微心得，依成績排出優先順序，並決定出前3名及佳作3名，給予獎勵。
２、得獎作品經檢視，若有不符本活動者(包括主題、內容、字數等)，研習中心得取消其得獎資格，並由備取遞補，所有需經公告之相關訊息，皆刊載於研習中心全球資訊網。
