主旨：有關行政院人事行政總處地方行政研習中心（以下簡稱研習中心）「e學中心」數位學習平台設立「MOOCs學習專區」，請協助推廣並鼓勵所屬同仁踴躍參與學習，請查照。
說明：
一、依研習中心105年2月23日研數字第1054050087號函辦理。
二、研習中心與國立空中大學合作，於「e學中心」(https://elearning.rad.gov.tw/)設立「MOOCs學習專區」，以「Taiwan LIFE台灣全民學習平台」作為推動公務人員MOOCs學習平台，提供更多元化之數位學習模式，參與「MOOCs學習專區」推薦課程並完課者，可獲得公務人員終身學習時
數。
三、因「Taiwan LIFE台灣全民學習平台」註冊資料無法判斷公務人員身分，選課後請將「105年度公務人員參與磨課師(MOOCs)學習登錄公務人員終身學習時數表」(如附件)回傳研習中心承辦人信箱(ethan@email.rad.gov.tw)，再由研習中心彙整送國立空中大學進行註冊資料比對後登錄學習時數。
四、各課程預計於本年度3月份起陸續開課，研習中心將不定期更新專區課程推薦清單，如有意推薦其他課程，請至e學中心-菁英社群網-公共論壇-MOOCs專區留言。相關推動細節請參照e學中心「MOOCs學習專區」說明。
