主旨：為配合政府施政並促進民眾透過網路使用健保卡『申報個人綜合所得稅』及『申辦各項健保業務』，請本校正式教職員有意願註冊者，請於3月4日前至人事室填寫基本資料，以利辦理『整批健保卡註冊作業』
說明：
一、註冊民眾可自行上網查詢個人加退保、繳費情形、申請健保卡遺失補發及健康存摺下載，於105年5月報稅期間可以已註冊過之健保卡+密碼即可申報個人綜合所得稅服務。
二、健康存摺功能：目前提供保險計費類、保險繳納類與醫療類資料。健康存摺系統持續精進中，會再陸續新增資料，建議您定期上網登入查看自己的健康存摺，隨時掌握個人健康狀況。
(1)保險計費類：提供「健保卡狀況及領卡紀錄」與最近一年被保險人身分投保之「保費計費明細」。
(2)保險繳納類：提供自申請日前7日起近一年「保險費繳納明細」。
(3)醫療類：個人的門診及住院資料、牙科健康存摺、中醫健康存摺、過敏資料、檢驗（查）結果資料、影像或病理檢驗（查）報告資料、出院病歷摘要、器捐或安寧緩和醫療意願、成人預防保健存摺、預防接種存摺等。
