一、本班課程係由知名教育學者與卓越校長聯合授課，內容原則上包括八大核心能力領域，總計24學分，授課方式包含講授、實作與練習，加強校長主任教育理念與實戰經驗。
二、完成本學分班課程之學員，於參加貴縣中小學候用校長、主任甄試時，於資積分數上採計進修分數，每修畢6學分加2分，最高採計8分。
三、上課日期：105年3月至105年7月於週末及暑假授課。
四、上課地點：竹北市東興國小上課，此地點鄰近中山高竹北交流道、新竹高鐵站、台鐵竹北站、六家站，交通便捷。
五、檢送招生簡章乙份，第二階段延長報名期限至105年3月21日（一）止。本班採進修及推廣教育處線上報名系統註冊與繳費。
