二、旨揭計畫重點說明如下：
(一)參賽對象：高中職、國中小教師(含正式及代課教師)。
(二)競賽主題：性健康、情感教育/關係教育、網路交友防範守則、拒絕助興非法藥物使用及愛滋防治與愛滋關懷等。
(三)獎勵方式：
１、特優1名：頒發獎狀及等值8,000元獎品。
２、優等2名：頒發獎狀及等值5,000元獎品。
３、優良3名：頒發獎狀及等值2,000元獎品。
４、佳作5名：頒發獎狀。
