主旨：銓敘部並未委託「精聯保險經紀人股份有限公司(以下稱精聯公司)」及任何協會團體或個人辦理公務人員年金改革之宣導。
說明：
一、本部近來屢接獲各地機關學校及公務人員反應，有人自稱「政府年金改革小組」之成員，欲向個別公務人員說明年金改革方案，並以協助試算退休所得為由，行推銷商業保險之實；亦有精聯公司保險業務員以「公務人員協會」委託服務人員名義，向各機關學校接洽辦理年金改革宣導，或向個別公務人員宣稱，可提供年金改革個別說明，實際上均係藉機推銷該公司代理全球人壽「安心360利率變動型增額終身壽險(QIG)專案」。此舉已造成公務人員誤解渠等係受本部委託辦理相關年金改革說明會，間接亦引發公務人員誤以為年金改革方案已實施等情。
二、茲以本部配合年金制度改革所提公務人員退休撫卹法草案於民國102年4月經考試院送請立法院審議後，迄今尚未完成立法程序，此期間本部本於主管機關立場，從未委託任何協會團體、公司或個人進行年金改革之宣導。爰請轉知所屬機關同仁知悉，以避免誤導並杜爭議。
