三、凡符合「清寒」條件之原住民學生【均可申請】，惟請注
意下列事項：(一)具低收入戶身分之原住民學生（含1、7年級新生）應請
領「教育部學產基金助學金」。
(二)低收入戶身分之原住民學生學業成績平均不及格者，得
申請本助學金，但「不得雙重請領」。
四、本案「清寒」係指家戶年所得總額在40萬元以下者。家戶年所得計列範圍為申請學生之父母、共同居住之祖父母、
未婚之兄弟姊妹及已婚共同居住之兄弟姊妹，填具資料必
須確實，身分證字號必須正確，「共同居住」以「同一戶
籍」為界定標準。
