一、旨揭活動決審發表會業於104年7月2日至4日辦理完竣；決審活動依計畫及簡章規定，分列特色標竿（由社會文教機構贊助提供）、標竿、特優、優等、甲等及佳作等獎項，並將各獎項名單公布於臺北市立大學進修推廣處活動網頁(網址：http://cee.utaipei.edu.tw)，部分方案內容未臻周詳或未出席發表之方案則不予授獎。
二、本案頒獎典禮詳細訊息主辦單位將另函通知，屆時請榮獲特色標竿獎、標竿獎及特優獎團隊務必出席領獎，倘不克出席者，該單位將取消獲獎商品禮券與獎狀。另為配合中小學教師課稅制度之實施，獲獎商品禮券以獲獎團隊所有成員均分為原則，但因商品禮券以百元為單位，無法均分時，則依作者順序遞減（分配方式請參閱簡章附件8各獎項獎金商品禮券分配一覽表）。
三、檢附旨揭決審發表結果清冊及活動簡章各1份。
