一、依據本局104年度施政計畫辦理「104年桃園義民之夜演唱會」活動，舉辦時間訂於104年8月29日，場地位於觀音國民中學。希藉此推動義民文化並帶動沿海觀光產業繁榮，預計吸引4,000人潮參與。
二、前開活動內容規劃結合客家、義民、音樂、海洋等元素，並宣揚義民的忠勇護國精神，傳承客家特有文化。本演唱會卡司包含神棍樂團、黃連煜、謝宇威、徐筱寧等客家知名藝人，及當紅歌手家家、陳勢安、盧廣仲；並規劃摸彩活動，獎項包含蘋果筆電、蘋果iwatch、40吋液晶電視及電動機車等。
三、檢送義民文化祭活動DM，請貴校協助透過新生訓練、返校日及公佈欄等管道周知學生踴躍參與。
