一、依據桃園市青少年國樂團104年營運實施計畫及桃園市立文昌國民中學104年7月31日文國學字第1040005622號函辦理。
二、甄選對象：桃園市高中職、國中、國小高年級具有國樂基礎之青少年，能配合旨揭樂團排練並經甄選合格者，得錄取為旨揭樂團團員。
三、甄選時間及地點：104年10月4日(日)上午九時起，於桃園市立文昌國中（桃園市桃園區民生路729號）英語村大樓四樓。
四、報名時間及方式：104年10月1日（四）至104年10月2日（五）上午9時至12時止，將報名表及個人簡歷電子檔e-mail至ta530263@mail.wcjhs.tyc.edu.tw或親洽桃園市立文昌國民中學學務處陳小姐辦理。
