一、依據教育部青年發展署104年7月15日臺教青署學字第1042360648號函及內政部101年2月22日內授中社字第1015930619號函釋各目的事業主管機關審核外籍人士申請來臺擔任志工之志願服務計畫注意事項規定辦理。
二、本市各國中、小學引進外籍人士至學校擔任教育志工，請依據上開注意事項規定辦理，並將志願服務運用計畫先函送本局審查服務項目及內容是否符合教育志工宗旨及所附文件是否完備後，再由本局送教育部青年發展署審核。
三、檢附申請案流程圖及審核原則供參，另相關表件資料亦可至衛生福利部志願服務資訊網-下載專區（http://vol.mohw.gov.tw/vol/index.jsp?logintype=null）查詢。
