一、依據本府動物保護防疫處104年6月16日桃動四字第1040003411號函辦理。
二、為推廣動物保護教育向下紮根，使民眾瞭解動物疾病、行為習性及相關法令政策，從而愛護動物、保護動物，促進人與動物間和諧相處，特舉辦4場研習會供本市各級學校教師學習相關知識。旨揭研習會本處除將派員說明104年新修正之動物保護法及相關法令政策，並特別邀請臺灣大學獸醫專業學院劉振軒教授講授動物狂犬病防疫課程，及寵物友善協會路易斯執行長講授寵物行為課程，課程內容與一般民眾生活息息相關，機會難得，請轉知本市高級中等以下學校（公私立高中、高職、國中、國小）教師踴躍報名參加，希望教師回到學校後經由生命教育課程，教導學生學習動物保護相關知識，進而擴及一般大眾，落實動物保護政策，以保障民眾與動物權益。
三、報名方式：請上本市教師專業發展研習系統(http://passport.tyc.edu.tw/)-體健科項下報名(每梯次限額50名，共4梯次，額滿為止)，完成線上報名後並請填寫附件報名表傳真至防疫處陳緯倫先生收，傳真號碼：03-3389444，聯絡電話：03-3326742#44。
四、檢附旨揭研習會課程表及報名表各1份。
五、副本抄送本府動物保護防疫處，本案研習結束後請將與會教師出席簽到表送本局辦理研習時數登錄事宜。
