一、為加強中、小學教師對電力建設之瞭解，台電每年寒、暑假期間，均定期辦理「中小學教師電力建設研習會」，且經提報教育部審議認可在案。研習會訂於104年7月21日至24日假台電訓練所本部舉行，預計參訓人員80名，邀請全國各縣（市）高中（職）、國中、國小合格任職教師參加。
二、研習課程內容包括：專題報告─台電經營改善的績效、認識再生能源、認識核能發電、電力建設與電磁場問題面面觀、極低頻磁場之環境暴露與健康風險問題探討、電力實驗設計與應用等，授課講師包括大學教授及學者專家。此外，並安排參訪台電龍門核能發電廠、深美變電所及七張變電所，以瞭解我國電力建設現況。
三、除往返集合地點之路程旅費由學員自理外，研習期間之膳、宿、交通、保險及行政等費用，皆由台電負擔；並將依教育部函示，於教育部全國教師在職進修資訊網登錄參訓人員出席狀況（全程參與研習會學員之研習時數23小時，將依規定登錄於全國教師在職進修資訊網）。
