一、與機關有職務上利害關係之個人、法人或團體之餽贈財物或邀宴應酬，除有本規範第4、7點所列各款情形外，應予拒絕，並落實知會登錄程序。
二、請對於有業務往來之廠商、業者、民眾，應恪遵不送禮、不送紅包、不請託關說、不受禮要求，除請各主管應以身作則外，並要求所屬如遇有廠商餽贈物品，應即時予以婉拒，對於未能即時婉拒之餽贈物品，請依規定陳報機關首長並知會桃園市政府教育局政風室處理。
三、節慶期間請避免辦公室團購情事及送禮給相關機關學校等行為。
