一、為借重退休公教人員豐沛的工作經歷與成熟的人生經驗，積極鼓勵渠等參與志願服務回饋社會，循例依下列獎勵標準頒授志工榮譽獎狀：
(一)從事志願服務滿1年且服務時數500小時以上者，頒授3等志工榮譽獎狀。
(二)從事志願服務滿1年且服務時數1000小時以上者，頒授2等志工榮譽獎狀。
(三)從事志願服務滿3年且服務時數1500小時以上者，頒授1等志工榮譽獎狀。
(四)從事志願服務滿5年且服務時數2000小時以上者，頒授特等志工榮譽獎狀。
二、 退休公教人員參與志願服務符合前開獎勵標準者，請填報「桃園市退休公教志工志願服務申請獎勵事蹟表」，併同證明文件，於104年6月2日（星期二）以前送本室辦理。
三、本次志願服務年資及時數計算，自退休生效日起至104年5月31日止。
四、檢附申請獎勵事蹟表1份。
