一、全國教師工會總聯合會為協助促進落實國內公民與法治之基礎教育，長期推動公民與法治教育向下扎根工作，致力於加強提升公民素養、積極培育公民責任態度與行動技能，特辦理2015公民行動方案種子教師工作坊研習。
二、本次競賽活動簡介如下：
(一)活動對象：
１、各級國小、國中、高中(職)學校教師、教育行政人員。
２、律師。
３、有志成為公民與法治教育種子教師者。
(二)活動方式：
１、專題短講：公共政策與公民行動。
２、課程介紹與分組實作。
(三)活動時間、地點：
１、活動時間：2015年6月27日(六)上午9時至下午17時(全天)。
２、活動地點：臺灣國際會館4樓（台北市南京東路2段125號4樓)，捷運南京松江站。
(四)報名方式及聯絡方式：
１、報名時間自5月20日起至6月22日前開放報名，名額有限，額滿為止。
