主旨：檢送本市第1屆公教人員羽球錦標賽親子闖關活動計畫1份，請鼓勵同仁踴躍攜眷參加，請查照。
說明：
一、為增進本市公教同仁親子互動，推展全民體育，爰於第1屆公教人員羽球錦標賽新增親子闖關活動。
二、本活動時間、地點及相關內容如下（詳如附件）：
(一)活動時間：104年5月30日（星期六）上午9時30分至12時.下午1時至2時。
(二)活動地點：本市體育館1樓（桃園市桃園區三民路1段1號，羽球賽於同館地下1樓進行）。
(三)活動內容：以簡易的運動種類與器材來進行有趣又容易的闖關遊戲，設計平衡益智、科學、體能，並兼顧安全考量等要素，組成6個闖關遊戲。
(四)參加對象：本市公教人員及其眷屬。
(五)報名方式：現場報名參加。
(六)獎勵方式：每一遊戲關卡通過後，由工作人員擔任之關主進行蓋章認證，集滿6關印章者可兌換參加獎1份；前200名另可獲得精美紀念品1份。
三、請各機關學校鼓勵公教同仁（不限參賽人員）攜眷參加，並於104年5月11日（星期一）中午前至WebHR系統填寫參加人數調查表，以作為活動場地及動線規劃之參考。
