| 一、 | 開平餐飲學校長年致力於推展餐飲專業教育，讓餐飲文化能向下紮根。自西元1999年起，由開平餐飲師生共同舉辦的「主廚盃餐飲競賽」，邀請業界主廚擔任評審，並公開講評指導，成為國中生難得可獲名廚親授經驗的校際交流賽事。本次主題是「食當季食在地」，希望透過此次活動，讓孩子們發揮創意實踐所學，透過料理展現自我，創造未來的無限可能。 |

| 三、 | 競賽獎金與獎勵： |
| (一) | 冠軍：每場每組獎狀2紙＋等值1,000元獎品、每人開平入學獎學金10,000元。 |
| (二) | 亞軍：每場每組獎狀2紙＋等值800元獎品、每人開平入學獎學金8,000元。 |
| (三) | 季軍：每場每組獎狀2紙＋等值500元獎品、每人開平入學獎學金5,000元。 |
| (四) | 優勝（成績80分以上即入選）：每場每組獎狀2紙＋等值200元獎品。 |
| 四、 | 檢附旨案賽事EDM、評審名單各１份。 |
