主旨：有關本會公布「2025第15屆氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」活動主題及報名時間相關事宜，請 查照。
說明：
一、本會主辦之「氣候變遷國中小繪畫創作比賽」迄今已舉辦14屆，累計47國、71,658名學子參與。本屆(第15屆)為呼應聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)的第14項「保育海洋生態」，以「嗨海！一起創造藍色奇蹟」為主題，一起投入保育與永續的實踐，讓親海、知海、愛海三大海洋素養，遍及全球的海洋公民。不論是藝術創作、環境教育或行動倡議，我們希望結合台灣的海洋特色與全球的永續目標，將「嗨海」的能量推向每一片藍色的海洋！讓師生學習基本海洋生態系統，學習海洋動植物之棲地與行為，了解海洋酸化、暖化和海平面上升，反思如何解決海洋汙染，過度捕撈等永續資源議題。
二、報名日期：114年3月1日(星期六)至114年6月2日(星期一)
止。為鼓勵師生參與，獲獎師生可分別獲頒感謝狀及獎狀。獲獎作品有機會在「台北捷運藝文廊」、「台北世貿

三、若教師將本活動融入環境教育課程，其可至環境部環境教育終身學習網(https://elearn.moenv.gov.tw/)申請開課，並於課後登錄師生實際學習時數，取得環境教育時數，敬請鼓勵所屬踴躍參與。
