桃園市立草漯國民中學113學年度語文競賽實施辦法
一、依據：「113學年度課程計畫」辦理。
二、目的：推行語文運動，提高學生學習語文之興趣。
三、辦法：
(一)競賽項目：演說、朗讀。
(二)競賽員分組：七、八年級。
(三)競賽內容：
1.演說(國語、臺灣台語情境式演說、臺灣客語情境式演說)：
(1)國語演說(題目自選，三擇一)：
「用微笑化解衝突」、「網路詐騙停看聽」、「國中生的抗壓妙方」
(2)臺灣台語情境式演說(題目自選，二擇一)：

(3)臺灣客語情境式演說(題目自選，二擇一)：
★題目請參閱附件。
2.朗讀：
(1)國語：不事先公布題目，現場抽題。(朗讀抽題後準備5分鐘)
(2)臺灣台語、臺灣客語：篇目事先公布，現場抽文章。
(四)各項競賽時限：
1.演說 (國語、臺灣台語情境式、臺灣客語情境式)：
每人限2分半鐘至3分鐘，少於2分半（含）或超過3分（含），總分均應扣3分。
2.朗讀 (國語、臺灣台語、臺灣客語)：每人限3分鐘。
(五)競賽評判標準：
1.演說(國語、臺灣台語情境式、臺灣客語情境式)：語音(發音、語調、語氣) 占40%、
內容(見解、結構、詞彙) 占50%、
儀態(儀容、態度、表情) 占10%。
2.朗讀(國語、臺灣台語、臺灣客語)：語音（發音及聲調）占45％、
聲情（語調、語氣）占45％、
臺風（儀容、態度、表情）占10％。
(六)獎勵：各組取前三名頒給獎狀，全校最優者代表學校參加市賽。
