| 說明： |
| 一、 | 本論壇由海洋委員會發起，與美國在台協會高雄分處合作，鼓勵全球青年學子運用海洋元素及創新構想，解決海洋所面臨之危機與挑戰。自2019年首屆活動以來，至今已有來自亞洲、大洋洲、歐洲、非洲、拉丁美洲等24國近800位參賽者，加入守護海洋的行列。期待透過更多國內外青年學子參與提案、實作及落實構想的過程，實現海洋永續發展的目標，共同提升海洋韌性。 |
| 二、 | 本年度以「行動創未來，青年挺海洋Youth in Action, Team Ocean」為主題，針對「潔淨海洋Clean Ocean」、「安全海洋Safe Ocean」、「智用海洋Smart Utilization of the Ocean」三大主軸，期待青年透過創新思維，使用大數據以及AI等方法，跨領域涵蓋自然科學與社會人文藝術層面，提出海洋危機解方，總獎金高達62萬元。 |
