| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年2月18日臺教國署原字第1140013214B號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依發展觀光條例第27條規定，旅行業業務範圍不包括留遊學業務，又依「海外旅遊學習定型化契約應記載事項及不得記載事項」應記載事項第4點規定，海外旅遊學習活動包括課程研修及課程活動，其中課程活動應由遊學服務業者委託旅行社辦理，合先敘明。 |
| 三、 | 請貴校辦理校內學生海外留遊學活動時，務必尋求合格之留遊學服務業者辦理，以維護學生之消費權益與保障赴國外留遊學之安全，相關規範請依本局113年7月26日桃教高字第1130069988號函（諒達）辦理。 |
