說明：
一、依據本府113年9月9日府青公字第1130252399號函辦理。
二、旨揭獎項徵件活動重點摘陳如下：
(一)辦理目的：表揚在志願服務表現優異的國、高中生，喚起青少年對志願服務的重視，鼓勵其從志願服務探索自我價值，積極發揮小我力量，為社會帶來正向改變。
(二)報名資格：
１、個人組：居住在臺灣且目前就讀於國內各級立案之國中、高中(職)、五專或已向政府立案之同階段實驗教
育學校1至3年級之在學學生。
２、社團組：國內各級立案之國中、高中(職)、五專或已向政府立案之同階段實驗教育學校之學校學生社團，社團成員以國中、高中(職)、五專1至3年級在學學生為限。
(三)報名日期：113年9月1日(星期日)至10月31日(星期四)。
(四)報名方式：線上報名(網址：https://www.taishinyouth.org.tw/2024apply/index.html)。
(五)獎項資訊：個人組依據獎項頒發獎章及電子獎狀，最高可獲得新臺幣5萬元獎金捐贈予得主指定立案登記之公益
團體；社團組中「社團影響力獎」之得獎學生社團頒發獎座及最高2萬元獎金捐贈予社團所屬學校(獎項介紹：
（ https://www.taishinyouth.org.tw/apply1.php )。
