| 二、 | 查自殺防治法第9條第2項第8款規定：「協助傳播媒體及網際網路平臺遵守自殺新聞報導原則，並建立自律機制。」。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭平臺係提供一般民眾及各機關(構)、學校等相關單位，反映網路媒體不當自殺內容之申訴管道，相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 平臺網址：https://msp-appeal.org.tw (啟用後將同步公告於衛生福利部心理健康司網頁)。 |
| (二) | 服務單位：台北市電腦商業同業公會。 |
| (三) | 服務時間：每週一至週五上午9時至12時、下午1時至6時(國定假日及例假日除外)。 |
| (四) | 諮詢專線：(02)25787885(台北市電腦商業同業公會)。 |
| (五) | 申訴處理機制：該平臺將依自殺防治法及世界衛生組織自殺新聞報導原則，檢視網路媒體不當自殺內容，並通知前揭業者予以自律處理，並於申訴受理後7個工作天內回復處理情形。 |
