為強化各機關同仁對於「行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關（構）公務員服勤實施辦法」、「各機關加班費支給辦法」，以及各機關常見勤休管理實務運作之瞭解，行政院人事行政總處製作「113年行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關（構）公務員勤休制度宣導課程」並置於「e等公務園+學習平臺」，課程資訊如附件，請所屬公務人員及聘僱人員（含職務代理人）完成學習時數，以落實同仁健康權之保障。
【課程簡介】
為應司法院釋字第785解釋之意旨，保障公務員之健康權，考試院修正公務員服務法第12條及公務人員保障法第23條，行政院並據以訂定「行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關（構）公務員服勤實施辦法」及「各機關加班費支給辦法」，上述各項規定並同步於112年1月1日施行。
本次課程將逐條說明「行政院與所屬中央及地方各機關（構）公務員服勤實施辦法」及「各機關加班費支給辦法」之規定，並分享實務案例，請大家一起來瞭解自身的健康權在法制及實務運作下是如何被重視及保障吧!
