| 一、 | 本會將於民國113年3月23日星期六下午2:30假崇友文教基金會（台北市公園路30號10樓）舉辦【你值得更好的人生～面對創傷，勇於療癒】公益講座。 |
| 二、 | 本講座將帶領聽眾覺察自己曾經經歷過什麼創傷，讓它們有一個機會好好被照顧、被關愛，並恢復心理健康的機會，並應用認知治療、行為治療與完形治療，幫助聽眾找到復原力，翻轉人生。 |
| 三、 | 團體帶領人楊依靜講師簡介：1. 夏威夷大學心理研究所，加州 Esalan 身心靈整合學院，曾接受完形心理治療、家族治療、父母效能訓練、敘事治療、心理劇等專業訓練。2. 創辦身心靈桃花源成長中心、臺灣點一盞燈社會關懷協會、阿含生命傳記劇場。3. 長期於各企業、學校各企業、學校、家扶中心、單親中心帶領成長團體，共計二十年以上。 |
| 四、 | 費用：免費，但須先收取保證金500元，以便幫您保留席位。 |
