| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據海洋委員會111年8月8日海國策字第11100079793號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為響應「聯合國為永續發展之海洋科學十年」，並鼓勵青年學子投入守護海洋行列，關心海洋議題，並運用海洋科學突破海洋危機與困境，同時促進國際交流與互動，海洋委員會特與美國在台協會高雄分處（AIT/K）合作辦理「2023台灣海洋國際青年論壇」，以深耕海洋國際教育，促進海洋科學研究發展。 |
| 三、 | 本活動由報名團隊以海洋科學方式，提出解決危機之行動方案，行動方案可整合海洋科學創新思維、田野調查、生態保育、淨零碳排、創意行銷、文化保存與維護等方式，帶動在地居民公民意識及公民參與，集結公民行動。本活動歡迎12歲以上之在學學生及社會青年組隊報名參加，團隊人數2至8名，可跨校跨組別組隊，參加團隊需能使用英語表達及答詢；優勝前三名將頒發新臺幣（以下同）1萬元至5萬元不等之獎金；此外，本活動亦將遴選出最佳提案獎一名，由海洋委員會提供10萬元經費，讓得獎團隊實際執行提案構想。 |
