| 說明： |
| 一、 | 計畫目標：本會透過直接入校、長期陪伴的方式，陪伴學校及社群團隊共同發展課程，讓教師在面對新課綱教學現場的改變時，能夠有一股安穩的支持力量；也在凝聚學校向心力的同時，提升教師的教學專業。 |
| 二、 | 主辦單位：社團法人中華民國瑩光教育協會。 |
| 三、 | 辦理對象：全台高國中小學校，以學校或社群為單位提出申請；如以社群申請者，須先告知所屬學校，以利後續行政作業。 |
| 四、 | 入校協助項目：包含校內願景圖像共創、課程地圖盤點、跨領域課程設計、領域課程設計、評量規準設計、每週課堂安排、教學提問設計、觀議課、其他與課程教學、學生學習、行政運作相關之管理事項。 |
| 五、 | 陪伴方式：通過申請審核之學校或社群，將由本會安排符其所需之陪伴老師入校，進行每月一次、持續至少一學年至兩學年的入校陪伴。每次入校以三小時為原則，入校後一周內需繳交陪伴紀錄與照片，並於下一次入校前自主共備完成陪伴老師指定作業。 |
| 六、 | 申請流程： |
| (一) | 線上提出申請：請於111年4月18日(一)起至5月1日(日)之間至以下連結(https://forms.gle/ygRh6cfS1ENrkBjSA)填寫計畫申請表。 |
| (二) | 審查及公布：本會將依據學校目前課程發展狀況及需求項目進行審查，並於5月11日(三)後陸續以電子郵件方式通知錄取學校。 |
| 七、 | 經費支應：依據申請類別不同，適用不同經費支應方式，詳如計畫申請表內之申請辦法。 |
