一、 新冠肺炎疫情爆發至今，全民的日常生活都受到重大影響，而且根據研究指出，在Covid-19 大流行期間，與大流行前水平相比，青少年的憂鬱和焦慮增加了一倍。兒童青少年心理層面問題已是疫情後全球關注的重大議題，沒有適當的管道紓發情緒，將在青少年中引發了一場全球性的心理健康危機。
二、 為提醒民眾關心疫情與後疫情時代兒童青少年的心理健康，引導兒童青少年覺察與表達出自己的負面情緒，並學習適時紓壓，衛生福利部與本會合作製拍「防疫『不防心』-說出來，鬆口氣」影片，由全能藝人-黃子佼參與拍攝，提供青少年如何擺脫負面情緒與紓解壓力的做法。
