| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署110年8月18日臺教國署國字第1100096564號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 查「國民中小學教學正常化實施要點」第4點第2項第2款第3目規定，課後輔導及寒暑假學藝活動應以自由參加為原則，課程內容以復習為主，不得為新進度之教授。課後輔導每日不超過下午5時30分，且不得於週末或節日辦理；寒暑假學藝活動應於週一至週五上午辦理。 |
| 三、 | 請各校辦理課後輔導，請確依「不得強迫學生參加」、「不得教授新進度」、「學校留校自習不得收取授課鐘點費」及「相關申訴管道」等規定。另為避免學校強制要求學生參加輔導課，辦理時其家長同意書應有「不同意」之選項，且無需敘明理由，至其格式尊重學校之設計。 |
| 四、 | 為能落實本市教學正常化，請貴校確實依據「國民中小學教學正常化實施要點」規定辦理，並加強校內宣導及親師生溝通，並確遵教學正常化規定，本局將不定期派員查察，以維護學生權益。 |
