| 一、 | 依據國教署110年6月25日臺教國署原字第1100078887號函辦理 。 |
| 二、 | 因應疫情期間停課不停學，跨國銜轉學生華語文教學補救課程，學校應考量學生年齡及學習需求，協助學習不中斷，得採線上教學多元彈性方式，賡續協助此類學生。 |
| 三、 | 線上教學多元彈性方式： |
| (一) | 教師得視學生年齡情況，以同步視訊、非同步預錄影片、線上教學資源及通訊軟體等方式，進行課程作業指導，均可視為教師課程教學之工作內容。 |
| (二) | 國教署與國立臺灣師範大學合作建置「Smartzhuyin 智慧注音學習平臺（https://zhuyin.smartpinyin.net/）」及「eMPOWER 全字詞學習平臺(國小國語教材)（https://zhuyin.empowerchinese.net/）」，可視學生學習需求，逕至前揭網站線上申請。或利用跨國銜轉學生教育網之各式華語文線上教學資源(https://tkids.nknu.edu.tw/Default.aspx)，善加利用線上教學資源，以協助學生華語能力。 |
| (三) | 華語文教師進行線上教學時應安排合宜、定時的課程時間，給予學生適足的休息。 |

| 四、 | 請學校應盤點校內資訊設備並備妥相關所需設備，提供缺乏資訊設備（如平板、筆電、行動網卡）的師生借用並以弱勢家庭學生為優先。 |
