| 二、 | 原住民族教育法第6條第2項規定：各級政府應鼓勵各級各類學校應運用行政活動及校園空間，推動原住民族及多元文化教育。 |
| 三、 | 原住民族教育法第29條規定：各級政府對學前教育及十二年國民基本教育階段之學生，應提供學習原住民族語言、歷史、科學及文化之機會，並得依學校地區特性與資源，規劃原住民族知識課程及文化學習活動。 |
| 四、 | 為推廣原住民族及多元文化教育，有關原住民族相關文化活動或課程請彈性納入國、高中階段之服務學習（例如:學生擔任原民相關文化活動之志工服務學習等）。 |
| 五、 | 為落實原教法全民原教精神，請本市高級中等教育階段教師輔導學生建置學習歷程檔案時，得上傳與自身族群相關之「課程學習成果」或「多元表現」資料；俾利促進全體學生認識與尊重原住民族；惟請應確實尊重學生上傳之意願及件數，給予學生上傳檔案之彈性。 |
