| 一、 | 依據僑務委員會110年4月13日僑教學字第1100200564號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 海外僑胞為傳承華語文教育及文化，自籌成立僑民學校（以下僑校），各地僑校型態各異，可分為正規華文學校及中文班性質，其中正規華語文學校之學制與當地學校相同，如日、韓、菲、馬等地僑校；第二類為中文班，多於主流學校課後或週末上課，如泰北、美加、紐澳及歐洲等地。 |
| 三、 | 為加強與海外僑校聯繫，增進僑校與國內學校之交流互動，僑務委員會自109年起試辦「國際數位學伴」計畫，媒合美國西雅圖、芝加哥地區僑校與國內學校建立數位學習夥伴關係，透過線上方式進行主題式教學分享及語言交換。鑒於前揭試辦情形良好，對增進海內外學校師生交流，以及僑校學生對臺灣多元文化的認識甚有助益，爰本（110）年擴大辦理旨揭計畫。 |
| 四、 | 經僑務委員會請駐外單位調查海外僑校需求後，計有泰國清萊光復高中14校欲與本市學校建立國際學伴夥伴關係，僑校資訊及欲交流學校需求詳見附件。 |
| 五、 | 有意願與海外僑校交流之學校請於本年5月10日前選擇欲交流之學校，並填寫相關資料（含貴校校名、聯絡人及聯絡資訊等）核章後將掃描檔及Excel檔回傳（Email：10029839@ms.tyc.edu.tw），俾利本局彙整送僑務委員會，以利後續由僑校及本市學校洽談交流細節。 |
