| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部110年3月24日臺教師(三)字第1100040805號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為協助十二年國民基本教育課程與教學之規劃與推動，提升中小學教師專業學習社群之運作與成效，教育部委請臺北市立大學辦理旨揭計畫。 |
| 三、 | 110年度教師專業學習社群召集人培訓採分階課程辦理，初階課程旨在培養社群召集人之領導力、對話模式及對話技巧；進階課程著重培養社群召集人帶領社群轉型之素養與動能；高階課程在培養社群召集人帶領社群永續發展之素養與動能。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭培訓計畫重點如下（如附件1）： |
| (一) | 課程期程自110年5月至8月舉行，於北、中、南、東分區辦理社群召集人講師培訓課程。 |
| (二) | 推薦培訓之教師須具備以下任一資格： |
| １、 | 曾任教師專業學習社群召集人，並具有初階以上專業回饋人才講師資格。 |
| ２、 | 曾任國教輔導團員，地方輔導群教師或各縣市優秀教師（super教師、薪傳教師）。 |
| ３、 | 曾獲師鐸獎、教學卓越獎、縣市政府或全國性教學獎項之教師。 |
| ４、 | 曾任專業學習社群召集人或曾參與社群，並獲各縣市政府教育局（處）薦派之教師或校長。 |
| (三) | 建議分階課程參與之對象： |
| １、 | 初階課程：適合首次參加社群召集人培訓課程之學員。 |
| ２、 | 進階課程：適合已參加過社群召集人培訓初階課程之學員。 |
| ３、 | 高階課程：適合已參加過社群召集人培訓進階課程之學員。 |
| (四) | 培訓方式：採講解、實作、演練、教材設計、試講、分享、意見溝通與回饋。 |
| 五、 | 報名時間與方式：即日起至110年4月12日（星期一）前受理報名，請欲報名課程之教師填具表格後，回傳至國小教育科承辦人電子信箱vickylee@ms.tyc.edu.tw，併至google表單填寫個人相關資料（網址：https://sites.google.com/view/teso3）。 |
