說明：
一、依據本局109年8月17日桃教小字第1090072607號函續辦。
二、旨揭測驗自本(109)年度起，調整每年辦理1次，請貴校務必轉知教師踴躍報名參加。相關注意事項說明如下：
(一)報名時間：109年9月7日(星期一)起至同年9月18日(星期五)止，逕至同安國小教師專書閱讀專網（http://blog.taes.tyc.edu.tw/tycreading/）登錄報名並完成匯款手續。
(二)測驗時間：109年11月14日(星期六)上午9時至12時。
(三)測驗地點：同安國小。
三、參加旨揭測驗之教師，同意依測驗成績核給研習時數，自即日起至測驗活動當日(109年11月14日)上午7時59分止，至本市單一認證授權平台/教育發展資源入口網(https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx)選擇「小教科」登錄報名，逾時將無法再行補報名。除完成各報考書目研習報名外，務請另再完成「109年度教師專書閱讀測驗-準時應試者(G00011-200800001)」報名，準時應考將獲2小時研習時數。
四、檢附旨揭測驗修正實施計畫1份。
