說明：
一、計畫目標：透過直接入校、長期陪伴的方式，陪伴學校及社群團隊共同發展課程，讓教師在面對新課綱教學現場的改變時，能夠有一股安穩的支持力量，並凝聚學校的向心力。同時也在過程之中提升教師的專業能力，進而培養出更多能夠陪伴別人的種子教師。
二、主辦單位：社團法人中華民國瑩光教育協會。
三、辦理對象：全國中小學，得以學校或社群為單位提出申請，如以社群申請者，須先告知所屬學校，以利後續行政作業。

五、陪伴模式：通過申請之學校，將由協會安排符合學校需求之陪伴老師，進行每月一次、持續至少一學期的入校陪伴。每次入校以三小時為原則，入校後一周內需繳交陪伴紀錄與照片，並於下一次入校前自主共備完成陪伴者指定作業。
六、申請流程：
(一)申請：請有意申請之學校於109年6月1日至6月12日之間填報網路申請表，申請連結將於6月1日上午10點公告於「社團法人瑩光教育協會」粉絲專頁(https://www.facebook.com/yingguangedu/)。
(二)審查及公布：本會將依據學校目前課程發展狀況及需求項目進行審查，並於6月20日前函知錄取學校。
七、經費支應：參與學校或社群應按縣市政府規定，支付陪伴老師之鐘點費、交通費與住宿費(若有必要)，如無計畫經費或其他困難者應主動告知，以利協會規畫分擔。
